Boaz Gilad

 

With over 10 years of transactional experience in real estate investments and asset management, Mr. Gilad has completed more than $100 million worth of real estate transactions across the United States. Mr. Gilad's acquisitions generate an average 89.9% IRR and 1.86 equity multiple.

In 2004, Mr. Gilad co-founded ORE International as a fully integrated real estate investment, development and management firm based in New York City and continues to serve as its President.

With a background and training in mediation, Mr. Gilad is skilled at adding value to dozens of buildings' rent rolls by taking over existing buildings and working with tenants and banks to smoothly transition to the next level of profit and growth, increasing the value of the properties in a short amount of time.

Mr. Gilad has raised more than $30 million in capital for ORE International's real estate projects.


In 2009, Mr. Gilad's position at ORE International broadened to include consulting to the banking industry—as a liaison to completing distressed properties that banks had reluctantly acquired. Mr. Gilad manages the completion of these projects to restore their value and allow the banks to place them back on the market, fully completed and ready for sale.


Mr. Gilad oversees the marketing materials for the diverse clienteles that ORE International services, including branding, consulting with individual brokerage houses on each development, and marketing.

Acknowledged as a leader in the real estate industry as well as in the academic realm of real estate trends and analysis, Mr. Gilad is the author of the book The Real Estate Millionaire (McGraw-Hill, 2006). The success of The Real Estate Millionaire has afforded Mr. Gilad and ORE International a global platform from which to identify sophisticated investors and strategic partners.


In demand as a presenter by international corporations and high net-worth individuals, Mr. Gilad also serves as a private consultant to real estate investors of all levels and leads real estate and entrepreneurship seminars across the United States and internationally. Often quoted in business and real estate journals, Mr. Gilad is most recently cited as an industry expert in the Wall Street Journal online and Crane's New York Business.

 

 

 

Yossi Ariel

 

Co-founder of ORE International, Yossi Ariel has distinguished himself by scouting exceptional deals (more than 150), identifying potential upsides of property acquisition, and executing win–win negotiations across the real estate market.


Recognized as an expert on the intricate topic of New York City Zoning and Building Codes, Tax Exemption Programs, and the Issuance of Condominium Offering Plans, Mr. Ariel has saved his investors and partners thousands of hours and dollars by cutting through potential red-tape hazards cleanly and adeptly.

On-site construction operations procedures have placed Mr. Ariel in residential multifamily and mixed-use environments, and he has overseen projects in both gut renovation and new, ground-up construction. Between management, construction and sales, Mr. Ariel has had a direct hand in the development of more than 350 units of property.

The dramatic change in the real estate market has afforded Mr. Ariel the opportunity to shine in his most pivotal role yet: as Acquisitions Manager of distressed assets. By joining forces with bank owners who have foreclosed real estate inventory, Mr. Ariel spearheads the semi-completed units to full completion, yielding assets for banks from what were once liabilities.


Mr. Ariel joined ORE International after a successful position as Vice President of Business Development and Chief Executive Officer of Beta-Soft and Lev Cinemas, in Israel. His expertise in operations, logistics and business development, in the arenas of high-tech as well as corporate organizational structures, provides a comprehensive understanding of financial analysis and financial structuring of real estate packages of all sizes.

 

Mr. Ariel holds an M.B.A., with a concentration in Finance, from Pace University as well as an M.S. in Investment Management.

 

 

 

Eun Suk Oh

 

Mr. Oh is in charge of underwriting Ore International’s investments. He sources and analyzes deals for acquisitions, creates financial models, prepares offering memoranda and performs due diligence. He keeps close contact with brokers and banks to ensure access to up-to-date information. He also monitors and collects market data for macro analysis to help investment decisions.

 

Prior to joining Ore International, Mr. Oh worked as project captain in Greenberg Farrow, a renowned architect firm in New York City. Having overseen the design and construction of several residential / mixed-use buildings in the city, he possesses built-in knowledge of NYC zoning and building code.

 

Mr. Oh received MS in Real Estate Development & Finance and Master of Architecture from Columbia University. Mr. Oh’s Master’s Thesis on private REIT has drawn attention of many professionals, which successfully quantified the incremental equity value of listing shares of some private REITs on major Stock Exchange.

 

 

 

Itai Nave

 

Mr. Nave is in charge of sourcing deals for new acquisitions and investments. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with years of professional experience in diverse environment.

 

Born in Haifa, Israel, Itai Nave had naturally demonstrated finesse in entrepreneurial leadership and communication skills. He served in the Golani Brigade, one of the most highly decorated infantry units in the Israeli Defense Forces. For six years, Itai owned and managed a well known insurance company in his home town, working with Israel’s most prevalent companies.

After coming to the United States, he began vigorous work in Real Estate, specializing in the sales of properties in Queens. Today, this passionate and devoted agent has spread his talent across NYC to areas such as Midtown, West Village, Tribeca, and Soho. His persistent dreams of advancement in Commercial Real Estate remain endless and he is determined to put his creativity and originality into this future, for both himself and his elite clients.

 

 

 

Jenny Jiang

 

Ms. Jiang is in charge of accounting function, maintaining and publishing financial statements of ORE International and its related companies. Ms. Jiang is also responsible for ORE International’s compliance with federal, state, payroll and other applicable taxes.

 

Prior to joining ORE International, Ms. Jiang worked as an auditor at KPMG. She received Master of Science in Accounting from Baruch College, The City University of New York.
